Tritschler has founded his boutique consultancy in 2003 after having been privileged to have held senior management positions with some of the world’s finest and most prestigious luxury hotels. Born in 1966, he has enjoyed a career in luxury hospitality for more than thirty years. His extensive experience in international luxury hospitality and tourism leadership is based on various management and senior executive positions.

His responsibilities led him to be managing some remarkable and distinguished boutique hotels, amongst them Schloss Elmau Luxury Spa Retreat in Bavaria as well as the Relais & Châteaux Schlosshotel Lerbach near Cologne. Previously he has been associated with the management of an array of highly respected and famed luxury hotels such as The Connaught in London, The Regent Beverly Wilshire and The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich and two privately held boutique properties; L’Auberge de Sedona in Arizona and Rosario Resort in Washington State.

In 2016, Thomas Tritschler has become a shareholder and Managing Partner in Pure Germany, a highly individual travel specialist agency crafting tailor-made travels throughout Germany and its neighbouring countries. Pure Germany has since become a VIRTUOSO Preferred On-Site, member of Travel Leaders as well as other prestigious networks.

Thomas Tritschler is an internationally recognised hospitality advisor who has earned a solid reputation in the global hospitality industry as a trusted expert in his field. He has undergone an Executive Programme at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in New York and is a past President of the School’s alumni body in Germany. Thomas Tritschler has been a member and proudly served on the Board of Directors of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and is also a member of the Cornell Hotel Society, the Cornell Club of Germany and the Savoy Society in London.
